At StoreForCases.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Returns:

  • Eligibility:
    You may return any unused and undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order.

    • Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

    • Custom or personalized cases are non-returnable unless defective.

  • Return Process:

    1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@storeforcases.com or through the Contact Us page to initiate your return.

    2. Return Label: We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for returns within 30 days. For returns after this period, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

    3. Return Package: Carefully pack your item(s) and attach the return label. Drop the package off at your nearest shipping carrier.

Refunds:

  • Processing Time:
    Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

    • Please note, it may take 1-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Refund Amount:
    Refunds will cover the full purchase price of the item(s) minus any shipping fees, unless the return is due to a defective product or error on our part.

Exchanges:

  • If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Defective Items:
    If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a free return and exchange or a full refund.

    • We will ask you to send a photo of the damaged product to expedite the process.

  • Final sale items (if applicable)
